Powered by Preservation
The Milwaukee Clipper’s future depends on the dedication of people who believe historic places should be experienced, protected, restored, and shared.
Every volunteer hour, membership, donation, guided tour, educational program, and special event helps keep the story of the Queen of the Great Lakes alive.
More Than a Museum Ship
The Milwaukee Clipper is not simply a static exhibit. She is a living piece of Great Lakes history where guests can walk historic decks, explore Art Deco interiors, enjoy special events, and experience the atmosphere of classic passenger travel.
Through restoration, preservation, and community support, the Clipper continues to inspire new generations of visitors and maritime enthusiasts.
Join the Effort
Whether you love maritime history, enjoy meeting visitors, have restoration skills, or simply want to help preserve a Muskegon icon, there are many ways to get involved aboard the S.S. Milwaukee Clipper.
Help Keep the Story Moving Forward
The Milwaukee Clipper has survived more than a century of Great Lakes history thanks to generations of people who believed this legendary ship deserved to be saved.
Today, that story continues through the work of volunteers, supporters, donors, and preservation advocates committed to protecting the legacy of the Queen of the Great Lakes.
